Simplivity and InnerWorkings were gearing up for the annual Cisco Live conference in Las Vegas. They wanted their Recharge Lounge to stand out by offering an experience to their consumers that was unlike any other exhibitor at the conference. Simplivity, InnerWorkings and Becreative partnered up to create an engaging, on-site custom interactive experience that gave conference attendees both a unique, custom product and a strong brand impression.
Becreative quickly adapted the Engauge platform to meet all of Simplivity and InnerWorking’s technical requirements and provided all of the required infrastructure on-site to ensure the job orders (placed at another location in the conference) were received at the Recharge Lounge and filled in a timely manner.
Simplivity wanted to appeal to the two audiences that would be at Cisco Live: those who already use Simplivity products and those who do not. To do this, Becreative activated a general user experience that asked more targeted questions and gained valuable information about new consumers, and a separate, VIP experience for those that were already Simplivity customers. Becreative deployed two different versions of Engauge to cater to the two groups Simplivity targeted and ultimately secured over 1,000 leads used to drive post-event business objectives.
